what do you think my BF is?

What % my BF is? approximately estimate.. BTW this was 3 month ago, now I have a 2 pack showing.. lol, I'm bulking atm.

I'm no expert, and it is hard to say from a picture, but I am going to make some guesses. If you have no fat on your legs (I have none so I'm going off my body) I'd say you are anywhere from 12-15%. I just did a mirror check myself and you are probably a couple percentage points higher than me (but I have a decent amunt more mass right now no offense lol) What time did you take the picture? I look more lean and ripped in the mornings, but generally bigger at night. The problem though is that no one can tell from a picture, depending on genetics you could be like 18% lol! (I doubt it though)
 
U have to remember bf% is based on the % of fat compared to % of lbm so ur bf% may be high even tho your not really that fat at all jus a fyi
 
13-14%, not becuase u carry alot of fat, but becuase u dont have alot of muscle mass to make u appear leaner

easy way to tell bf% is by looking at the abdominal region and legs, if your tummy iant flat (like urs) you can be pretty sure ur above 12% (in most peoples cases, of course this can vary), if you have abs showing clear then you can expect around 10%bf

i wouldnt put you at 15% becuase the tummy starts to have abit of hang and side fat by then

be better if we had more pics to make better judgement, but i think 13-14% is a good estimate

It kind of depends on a lot of other variables though...if it is the morning and there is no food in me I can have some pretty solid abs. Were you flexing your abs in this picture imafuture?
 
Ok, I'm 6'2" 200lbs, startet lifting 1.5 years ago and gained 50 lbs. BTW my legs are all muscle you cant even pinch fat, the only place where I have fat is my stomach and my love handles a bit. That pic was taken at night.. Sorry for bad quality. BTW I'm still a noob at lifting, I know my stuff but I'm a noob. My goal is to get to 230 7-8% BF planning in the next 2 years. Naturally, Just because I know my body is capable of that.

I agree, about 14% but just because one has stomach fat doesn't mean their total BF is high. I hold virtually all my visible fat on my stomach, my arms delts back chest and legs could be shredded and my stomach will still be soft. Even at 8% bodyfat when i came back from basic training my abs weren't popping.

I agree with the others... Once you get <10%, you start seeing veins everywhere. For me, when I see veins on my delts and lower abs, I'm around 4%, which is maybe a little too lean. I'm at around 5% now, which is my goal to maintain. You'll see a radical difference in your abs with only a couple percent lower bf!
