What do you think a good breakfast consists of

hey i am just starting working out and was wondering your opinon on a good blalanced breakfast and also...... who is mr x .... ronnie coleman??:confused:
 
good breakfast

Make an omlet with eggs,chicken,turkey w/e you want

2-3 eggs with 1/2-1 c of oats

oats and wheat bread eggs on wheat bread with
some chicken,turkey


cream of wheat and eggs

milk or juice your pick

BWAHAHAHAHAHAHA, at Mr.X and ronnie coleman, I don't think my name even belongs in the same sentence. lol

good variations of bf:
1/2 cup oatmeal
4 egg whites, 1 whole egg
1 tbsp. all natural peanut butter

or

2 slices turkey bacon (low fat low sodium)
3 whole eggs
2 slices wheat toast (the high fiber wheat 2+g fiber per)

or

1 cup yams
5oz. chicken breast
1 tbsp. olive oil on 1 cup veggies

This is what I had for breakfast

1/2 box of cocoa pebbles, with 1% Milk
6 hard boiled eggs
1/4 lb of roast beef
Glass of orange juice

I'm bulking so I'm not too worried about eating too clean or strict. A more healthy breakfast would probably have oatmeal instead of the cereal, and egg whites instead of whole eggs. Along with some fruit or steamed veggies. But you get the idea.
 
I really like to do this for breakfast:

Cook 3/4c old fashion oats in the microwave with just enough water to cover them...should come out pretty dry when done. I stick the oats in the freezer for 20 minutes to cool them quickly. It will be pretty firm at this point. I then add just a drop or two of skim milk to loosen the oats up and I stir 6 splenda in and a few shakes of cinamin. Get everything mixed well and make sure the oatmeal isn't real clumpy. Then stir in 1c non fat cottage cheese untill everything is combines nicely.

This taste AWESOME! And it VERY filling! Has 37.5g protein, 48g carbs (6g fiber), 4g fat. I also take 1tsp(5g fat) fish oil, and 1Tbs pysillium husk (5g fiber) with this meal.
