I have been reading on some posts about post workout nutrition, and im wondering something: I know you should take a good amount of a high GI carb in, plus protein. Im curious.........what do you guys take? A carb drink and a protein shake right after it? Or do you prefer a type of food, like say, chicken, steak, ect for your protein? Im just wondering, because it just seems like a lot to take down at one time. Just wondering.
