what do you take for enery at the gym?

I just got some Redblast and NO-xplode.... tried them both for a couple weeks so far... the Redblast gives you a sort of subdued kind of energy, endurance and focus... no jittery feeling....whereas NO-xplode has that extra kick if you're looking to kill it at the gym.... I'm using Redblast for my cardio days now and NO-xplode for my workouts
 
I'ved used NO-Xplode, Xyience NOXCG-3, Redblast, ECA, Clen, and probably a couple others.

I try not to rely upon any kind of uppers pre-workout anymore because I don't want to become dependent on them.

I'll take some Red Blast here and there when I've had a late night of studying or screwing and I'm dragging ass.

PS nothing beats ECA IMO.
 
NO Xplode, or caff. or eph. or nada. Just Gotta get psyched up on your own. Supps just help me go longer, faster. Not absolutely necessary IMO. Unless you just can't get cranked up to work out. I WO at 6am, 5 day split,45 mins. that incudes 15mins cardio or 10 mins abs. 5 X 5 style. On an empty stomach.

Dymetadrine was pure ephedrine. (Not ephedra) That stuff was insane.
 
Gakic from Muscle Tech does me good. No BS.
I get good energy and it makes me want to go nuts while I lift. No jitters too.
Great pumps too.
