What do you recomend as a good sleep aid?

Weed...I don`t think there is anything wrong with weed while on cycle or off cycle if used occasionally (increases appetite also)...alcohol is a poor choice, it disrupts your natural sleeping patterns...plus you generally feel a little run down the day after.

I haven`t used any other mentioned products.
 
GHB......sleep like a baby and enhance GH production at the same time.....what more could a growing boy ask for.
 
Tylonal PM is Benadryl and tylonol mixed.....buy some generic benedryl.....take one a night while on your cycle.....it will work wonders!

I worked in a nursing home while in College and the staff would give Benedryl to the aggitated patients....it would calm them down pretty fast!

I take a couple on sundays to help me get my 8 hours....good luck, rest is very important to get your gains!
 
There is strong evidence that drugs 'Designed' to make you sleep produce 'artificial' sleep which inhibits beta sleep causing the body to never reach REM (rapid eye movement.......this is where you dream). You MUST dream to rest.......you MUST reach REM. Otherwise (& it has shown on an EEG), you will never rest causing the body over several months to start fighting back.

Best natural sleep I've found is a shot of JD and a box fan on my face (for white noise). The wind on your face & the CONSTANT sound of the box fan will pull your attention from whatever you're thinking about or anxious about and pull you down to REM fast.

Try it. People I've suggested this too came back and shook my hand over & over & they do look better after a week.

I've used the box fan for years. I believe healthy sleep keeps you younger longer. I'm 40 and a guy the other day said I look like a teen after I told him my age. Of course it could be that my natural body temp is 97.0 If I get to 98.6 I have a fever & studies show that lower body temps extends life. They are now doing studies that lowers the body temp for longevity but this artificial state causes lethergy in test subjects.
