what do you pack in your lunch for work?

i go to school part time and work full time in the afternoon now and i only eat twice at home, in the morning at when i get home. but for the rest of the day i have to pack at least 5 meals, what are some sample meals you guys bring when travelling? Im also trying to bulk
 
i eat this shit

it is a propietary mix of tuna, chicken breats, brown rice, and corn pieces mix them together in any ratio!!


soo much protien and its east to pack just put it in that gladware stuff and your ready to go!!!:)
 
Roast beef sandwich, protein bars, ready to go myoplex, rice and chicken in my lil container and maybe some protein powder in my shake mixer

i work a hard labour job, so im sweating my ass off. Im sure i gotta pack on more calories for my already high metabolism. Ok My schedule looks like this:

8:00 am- eggs, toast, oatmeal and milk

10;00 meal replacement shake

12;00 workout

1;00 another shake

3:30 (first break at work) tuna and whole wheat bread an apple and designer protein

6:00 (lunch) chicken breast and rice

8:00 (last break) same as first break

10:00 (at home) shake

does this look about right? do i need to add anything? I bust ass at work so i think i gotta eat more
 
I think you've got the right foods but where's your fat? If you're looking to pack on the pounds you need some fat in there....don't let it scare you. Also I would add red meat. I look at red meat as a must. You can make lean ground beef the night before for the next day. It may be dry and tough to get down but who said this was suppose to fun......
 
I get my fat from mayo (for my tuna) and red meat.
 
I dont know if this is the type of thing your looking for but I love it because no carbs. I pick up 1/2 pund of roastbeef and 1/2 pound honey Turkey almost everyday. I fucking love roastbeef
 
gilly, do you use light mayo or regular mayo? I use the light and use it all the time with my tuna. to make it even better I add relish.
 
Peanut Butter

My favorite food, lots of calories. My favorite bulking meal... one or 2 of my meals a day.... Oatmeal mixed w/ protein powder and a peanut butter and jelly sandwich.
 
My meals

I cook all my meat/chicken on Sunday along with a big ass pot of brown rice (10 cups cooked to be exact)

6:30 - protien shake, oatmeal, wheat toast

7:30 - chicken breast & coffee (yummmy! LOL)

9:30 - 93% lean beef patty, 1/2 can of veggies, apple

11:30 - 93% lean beef patty, chicken breast, 1 1/2 cup brown rice, yogurt

2:30 - 93% lean beef patty, 1/2 can of veggies, banana

4:00 - ramen noodles

Immediately after workout - protien shake, box of microwave mashed potatoes

8:00 ish - dinner- Usually something with some fat in it, varies from day to day

I take 4 beef liver tabs & 4 aminos with every meal. I try to go over 5000 calories a day My stats are 6'5" 251 aprox 11% BF Throw some eggs in there too, I ate a dozen a day split up throught the day for nearly 2 years, Although, I can't even stand the smell of the fuckin things now!
