Anyway, there are MANY options here...
1) Maltodextrin/Dextrose (great for post workout glycogen restoration)
2) oats (lower GI)
3) Healthy fats like almond/peanut butter, flax oil (Barlean's and Udo's), coconut oil (rich in MCT's), etc
4) Fruits (strawberries/blueberries)
There are MANY other options. Work according to YOUR needs and caloric intake and enjoy looking good
