Lifting = Bon Jovi, Beastie Boys, AC/DC, Boston, Linkin Park, Metallica,

Cardio = Dimitri from Paris (I highly recommend his "A Night At the Playboy Mansion" and "After the Playboy Mansion" CD's), DJ Steve Saks, Pet Shop Boys, Miss Kittin, and pretty much anything else that's more than 80 beats per minute.

95% of bon jovi's songs were not written by them,,,they were written by desmond child

For me, I listen solely to full on psytrance. Its around 145-147BPMs and motivates me like nothing else. I couldn't workout without it. Regular music just isn't fast enough. I listen to the mixes I found on www.blackvortex.com you can just download them. I like Vol 3, 5, and 6 the most. Give it a chance once, especially on a treadmill or if you run because you can get your stride locked into the beat and it keeps you going.

Sounds cool. Thanks for sharing this one!

Hate Dept "Release It"
Rage Against the Machine "Renegades of Funk"

Those are 2 of the most bad ass songs to listen to while lifting.
