when you're headed out to the beach. i have been having problems trying to find foods that don't make me feel bloated. i usually get that full stomach feel when i drink lots of water or eat anything before i go out. then i get all self conscious cause i feel like my gut looks all flabby. what do you eat when your gonna be somewhere like the beach, pool whatever and you wanna keep that no flabby gut look...what should i avoid. also is it common to get that feeling the day after a carb up. just for your info, i'm 5'8" 142 lbs and last time i checked 11.9 % bf
