What Do You Guys Do?

When it comes to bulking up whether offseason or just to bulk, how many of you guys basically keep the protein high and eat whatever you can stomach to gain as much weight as possible and then cut it up later? (The Lee Priest Method) I know it doesn't look as appealing but I know some feel this is the best way for them to put on size by putting on muscle and fat at the same time and then trying to cut the fat off at a later date while some feel like you do not have to gain fat to gain muscle. Or, how many of you guys prefer to stay fairly lean or as lean as possible and doing a quality type bulk-up so that you stay fairly lean all year around and don't have so much work to do when it is time to cut up for whatever reason. This would be the more appealing of the two and some feel this works well for them and can easily pack on quality muscle while others feel that they can't gain the weight and size they need if they aren't also putting on some fat at the same time. I'd like to hear about what methods you all prefer. Thanks!!!
 
I would prefer the muscle without the fat and was able to do that in my younger days but I also didn't juice then. When I did start juicing, I wanted to swell up so I ate whatever and thought the juice would magically keep the fat off. I now think I'm a pretty good size at 6' 01" 250 lbs. but it's going to take me alot more work and dedication to get my bf % down (not sure where it's at now, guessing 16 - 18%). I'm now 38 years old and should watch alot closer the way I eat but it didn't seem to affect me in my late 20's and early 30's.

Man, I hear that 100% and I just turned 26 years old. I used to be able to eat anything I wanted and stayed pretty lean. The only downfall was I didn't put on much muscle size though either. Now I can gain bodyfat just by smelling french fries or looking at donuts. Gotta be a little envious at those guys who can still eat whatever and stay naturally lean and even pack on that muscle at the same time. Screw all you guys!!! Just kiddin, I wish I was in the same boat.
 
I've done the " eat everything" bulk. It worked really well for me. The quality of the muscle was amazing. Really full and solid. I kept my protein around 300-400 and calories were around 6-7000/day...mostly junk. This time 'round I'm trying to do it leaner, cause it's a pain doing soooooo much cardio after bulking. It's a trade off I guess. Both work, each has it's pros/cons. It may be better for ecto's to bulk like crazy and for endo's to watch it a little. I respond well to the littlest amount of cardio and clean diet that I know I can drop 50 pounds in 3 months easily. Others don't drop it as easily.
 
I have recently switched to 'clean bul'k cos before I was eating everything and put on alot of bf up to 21%, now I've got it down to about 17-18% bf, man had a hard time doing it and it sucks. I've been on a low carb diet (no cardio) for nearly two months, seems to be working, although the bloody stubborn love handles wont budge!!! god damn it!!!

I have always bulked with the "eat as much as you can" method and it works very well. But recently I decided I don't want to break out the "fat" clothes again and have to kill myself cutting. So this time I am using the Thermorexin and Liporexin combo while bulking and I like this a lot better. I'm getting swole and still have the same pants on. I wish I had this stuff 10 years ago.

i totally agree with this statement. bulking like crazy will surely give you more fat than you want for an endo, and you'll end up losing enough muscle trying to take the fat off that it'll be almost like not going anywhere... 3steps forward,2.5 steps back.

an Ecto would probably have to bulk like crazy to gain to their potential.
