What do you feel holds you back the most from gaining as much as possible?

from 7 am to 4 pm every day i only have 8 minutes to prepare and eat :(

some days i have 2 8 minute breaks in between 7 am and 11 pm :(

in situations like this, hardboiled eggs have been a godsend for me. I prepare a weeks worth sunday, and keep them refridgerated and use as needed as the week goes by. Also a sports bottle filled with protein in water + olive oil, are good to sip on throughout the day.

would be nice to get some broccoli in there when time permits.
 
That my friends is exactly what the booty call is for. "Hmmm who's it going to be tonight....Jessica nah...Rhonda maybe...wait Alyssa I want big tits tonight." :p It makes it so much easier specially when that sex drive is through the roof but really mine would be my diet also. I need to stay 100% consistent which Im gonna try going for tommorow..again :mix: . Grocery store here I come. Remember if the relationships make it rough get the ole black book out ;)
 
I drink too much and often my sport requires I do too much cardio to make any gains and also to cut so many calories I can't gain.
