What do you feel holds you back the most from gaining as much as possible?

Personally I will admit that I'm not eating as well as I should. My training is pretty good though but my eating I would say is holding me back the most. I feel right now that I'm not eating enough and when I do it's not the best quality foods. I made up my mind to change all this though FINALLY and will make a more concentrated effort to get in the foods I need. Also I have to admit that once in a while I do go out drinking, and I'm not talking about 1-2 beers but a shitload more. I also smoke a few cigarrettes but it's limited to just when I drink which isn't often. I don't do other recreational drugs so I'm pretty good there at least. Yes I'm not perfect but will try harder at being better. See I'm not out tonight getting drunk although yesterday I got fucked up! I'm ok with where I'm at right now but definately want to up it a notch so in order to get more I have to give more.
 
honestly for me its money.....my diet calls for about 100 a week in food, food, gear, car, house, shit, more shit, girl, more shit.........money is the biggest for me man
 
I need to learn to be patient, and not burn out my CNS by wanting too much too soon.
 
i hate being a techie- most of the others are geeks and so don't see why i need any time to eat like i should so that i can grow. yes work gets in the way.
