When you get a cold during a cycle. I'm talking cough, soar throat, stuffed nose. Do you keep training?(perhaps not as intense). Do you wait until most of the symptoms are gone (but you still feel shitty) or do you wait until you're 100% healthy again?
I asked this question to my doctor once (not telling her I was on gear) about lifting..... she said to continue training, but to go easy on the cardio and wash your hands/wear gloves when you touch the equipment..... as to not spread germs
Hey bro keep with it the best you can...during my winter bulking cycle i got hit with a nasty cold week 8 of my cycle...i had a temp around 100 for a few days...i suggest if you have a high temp play it safe and not push as hard and stay away from heavy wieghts and cardio....just drink as much water as possible and try to sleep it off...and when you feel better run to the gym.....my 2cents lata g
