Same thing happened to me, I was on a corporate accounting team of 4 people, and 50% of the work was being done by me alone. I said screw this, why should I bust my ass and get nothing for it, I never even got a "good job" from my boss or anything. So I started doing about as much work as everyone else, then I got yelled at for slacking off. I asked why don't they yell at everyone else then and they came back with some shit like they know how much I can do and I'm not doing it anymore so something has to be done about it, blah blah blah. So I left, let them see now what it feels like to pick up the slack from me leaving. Corporate bastards.
