What do you do to stay in shape?

I saw this on the entertainment news and wondered what you guys do if you don't hit the weights to stay fit. Even though she may keep her clothes on I'd still like to see a workout session. Just a few minutes on the pole. :p

Hatcher Takes Stripper Classes To Keep in Shape

Actress Teri Hatcher has taken up a sexy method of keeping her curves firm - exercise classes based on stripping. The former Lois & Clark star is currently a devoted student at the Sheila Kelley's S Factor in Los Angeles, and she's thrilled with the results it has had on her body. Hatcher, who insists all students stay fully clothed during lessons, says, "It's all geared around stripping moves and we actually dance on a pole and we learn how to lapdance. I know it sounds funny, but it's great for all your muscles and it's actually really empowering because it's not about turning a guy on - it's about turning yourself on and learning to be comfortable with your own body." On Friday, Hatcher displayed her skills to excited comedian Jay Leno on his chat show.

Carmen Electra sells "workout" stripping videos for use at home. I guess these kind of classes are really popular.

I now do yoga as well as weight lifting. I always thought yoga was a relaxation class where everyone meditated and did silly stuff but its actually great for flexibility and nothing like I expected.

jerk it thats it nothing else.

I work out when I can... probably 4x a week. If I can't hit the weights I will ride my rode bike down to this community center gym(pullup bars and dip bars) about 5 miles away and then ride home. Also, I'm a lifeguard so I usually do a few laps in the pool when I get off. Hopefully I'll get some extra cadio this weekend

Besides working out, which has been lagging recently, I try to do as many household chores as I can in addition to watching after the little kids. Watching after kids is a workout in itself and the best cardio one can get. I also like taking the little ones out for walks/bike rides. Whenever I'm at the park with the kiddos I will do pullups and dips and whatnot on the kid play stations lol. I also try to eat clean, well most of the time.

Strip classes are being coming very popular. There is this book called S Factor written by some actress she also has a video out. I took a strip class with on of my friends just an introdution. From the looks of things the pole work is actually excellent cardio. I wouldn't mind getting a pole installed in my bedroom or something but I just can't picture myself doing it in a big class with a bunch of other woman.

LOL

Sounds like someone trying to revive their dead career.

She's not the first celeb to use stripping for fitness and a career come back.
:laugh2:

when I can't work out with resistance I: run, walk, jog or ride my bike. I do calisthenics. If you need an answer to stay in shape do the following:
eat healthy, exercise and go to sleep at a reasonable hour so that you get 8 hours sleep a night.

activities:run walk ride a bike, pushups, pullups, dips wall squats, chair dips, etc..too many to name

I try to walk every day + household chores + I may do some CV at the gym here & there

I lift ~ 3-5x per week, depending on my split....

Oh Oh! Let me please!

Would you prefer in a bar with a crowd of men with cash?

Swim - you can't beat it. I may join the gay football association this season too.

I was already in shape when I tried stripping years ago. I'm glad too. It was tough enough trying to become coordinated with that pole. Thank Jaba I didn't have to worry about not being strong (or flexible) enough.

These days I lift weights, ride dirt bikes, hike, mountain bike, ride horses, play ice hockey... you know, the usual. :)

the FB takes stripper-cise classes somewhere; sent me an mp3 of some Joi Lick music they do it to.
