1) talking to non-judgemental people who really care...
2) watching funny movies takes my mind of it, i get a break...
3) getting outside on a beautiful day...
4) tell myself, what can i do today that i will feel good about tomorrow rather than feel shit tomorrow that i did nothing useful today...that helps me do the stuff i really don't feel like doing
5) like 4 - i ask myself what would i be doing if i was not feeling crap and then try to do it anyway
6) take breaks
7) tell myself there are reasons for how i feel (name the stressful stuff, so i see it's not just 'me' being overly weird...)
