What do you do for shoulders?

Fully understand it now thanks, figured that was the case but really wanted to be clear.

Would doing 2x8-10ish on push press after 5x5 on standing barbell military press work? (not going to change the 5x5 exercise as I am making gradual strength progress on it).
 
glad that made sense.

just my .02 cents......... i would do the 5x5 with push press. then do 2 sets of 8-10 of strict military pressing........ just what i would do.

right now
3x8 military db's
3x6 push press
3x12 face-pulls

I do db's seated first to pre-fatigue and learn how to use more leg drive, but mine is sport specific. But my shoulders are ok IMO

It works best for shoulders for me... I haven't tried it with another muscle group as yet.
