my last cycle was 500 mg of sust a week for 8 weeks with 2 weeks at 750mg, results were ok, didnt train good. i was going to run some icn test enth with my fina this time. i was thinking 1amp (250mg) every 4th day but someone on here said to run it every 3rd day, is there going to be a big differcne there with either ever 3 or 4 days?

i'd frontload susta like this:

week 1: 500mg modnay, 500mg thursday
same for week 2.

then.... 500mg every monday til the end.

you wanna add fina... go for it.
an oral? go for it.
