If made a decision not to juice anymore, at least for a looooong time. I believe I can keep all my gains with a good diet.

Question: Do you think I could still grow stronger and bigger without juice, having had juiced for a long time?

There will probably be periods of loss of size and strength and a big transition period, but after the body has gotten used to having 'substances' in it and me being a pretty big guy, what are the chances I'll still be able to push barriers and improve on a continuous basis?

i think youll be fine. gonna have to bridge and taper off that slowly so its not a huge shock... if that makes any sense

I'm guessing you'll lose a good bit of size/strength to begin with but can attain a good build over time naturally with supplements and spot on training and diet. surely it won't be as easy though.

what made you decide to stop?

1- Juice is a big expense and I hate the feelings I get when "off" so being "off" all the time seems like a good alternative and a more stable hormone balance
2- A few opportunities keep coming up in my life and if I decide to take up one of them, I might be tested for stuff like juice
3- Always worrying about legit sources is annoying
4- Pinning becomes a hassle over time
5- Fuck vegans, they're retarded

How long have you been juicing?

How hard (dosages, compounds)?

Time on = Time off?

How old are you?

Been doing it on / off for years...often I'd be on for 4-6 months at a time. Never went overboard with dosages. Mostly did test only cycles or test + oral cycle. I'm 29.

Sorry dude, but you're going to need trt if you've been on that long.

You'll definitely lose some, if for no other reason than because 30+ is a tough time for guys' hormones.

It's hard to accept the fact that from 30-on, you can start to notice the decline. Your rate of decline might be pretty harsh as you go from cycling to natural.

Muscle memory is a great thing, I think if you simply changed your focus example dieting for size...

For me i end up losing about 30% strength from when i'm "on".. with that being said, you will still be 30-50% stronger than most people you encounter, when on the strength comes right back very quickly..

I'd focus on stretching and food experiments, keep notes, take pic's etc.. that way your interest will still be there..

I don't lose any size when I lay off; I lose some strength.

Never done any steroids myself but homie that is asking for some serious shit based on what you said you used and what I've studied. Are you prepared to be 5x more strict with diet/working out either way...

I don't know man, the psychological effect could really fuck with you. If you are set on it, I would find a doctor who can taper you down and monitor your hormone levels so you don't get super depressed and fuck up your life in some completely non-intentional way. I've recently been reading a lot about test and the hormonal balance in the human body...can turn you manic, then depressed, if it isn't on a "normal" level - ie, big ups and downs. Take that for that it is worth - but I'd find a doc who knows wtf he is doing before trying to go clean after that long.

That's a good point.

Even when you stop juicing, you'll keep more strength and size than if you never juiced at all.

Get a life where you dont have to worry about roid testing so you can joose to your hearts content

I'd say be prepared to lower your expectations.

This.

You won't be as strong, nor as big, as when you were juicing. This is an unavoidable reality. You will have to be much better with your diet, and will require more rest to recover between workouts to avoid being in an overtrained state.

Chewy is right about the mental aspect of it. I just started on TRT and the way my doc says she has to do it is fucking with my head. I'll go from feeling normal to this sudden drop that can only be described as complete despair. I'm seriously considering saying fuck it and doing it myself, but it would be good for me to do it legally with my whole custody situation.

Yea bro I wouldn't chance it

Guys, I haven't lost that much size and I've been OFF for almost a month. I have lost strength though and the overall feelings of well being and always being energetic. It's affecting me psychologically as well.

To answer some of your questions:

a man doesn't hit his prime in terms of muscular development till 30-31...tendons keep getting stronger and developing till well after the fourties, so age is just a number...

I have never went crazy with dosages and in terms of strength loss, I am still able to lift more than most people when OFF - I did T-Bar rows with 8 plates for reps and deadlifted 500 lbs...that's natty. I can't really bench anymore, cause my chest is torn, but I did shoulder presses with 115 lbs for 9 reps...also natty. I am still curling 100 lbs dumbbells and doing hammer curls with 120 lbs, also natty...where I found the most strength loss is in pulldowns / deadlifts / leg presses / squats, etc...the big movements...but I lift ridiculously large numbers when I'm on so I'm not worried about my numbers that much.

In terms of arm wrestling, doubt it will affect my arm wrestling...Now I'm looking further into it trying to see how / when / the grounds of testing...if ever to see the likelihood of when / if I would do lose dosages and intermittent cycles...

Lol @ abusing steroids and thinking there won't be consequences because you're a mod on some board that peddles shitty advice and worse products.

Docs often stick to the 200 mg/cypionate every 10 days protocol. That's crazy.

IMO the best true trt is a test blend done at 125mg every five days. That gives a great return with virtually no sides.

I only did that once, yes abombs at 200 mgs a day for 2 weeks...but otherwise I used to go up to 100 mgs ed. for 5 days on and 2 days off.

Why the personal attacks dude?

First of all, I don't peddle anything on here...do you see me try to sell anyone anything?

If you don't like it here, I can easily ask someone to ban your ass...

Zwit everyone who's trained with me from EF can attest to my strength...I don't carry around a video camera in the gym let alone talk to anyone - I'm there to work. Anyone is welcome to come train with me and I'm willing to put up money to back up my claims.

didn't you run 250mg test suspension pwo with a gram of test/week recently?

I did 250 mgs of test suspension ed for 3 days ON and 1 day OFF
I also ended up running 750 mgs of test EW...

Yes, that's true...but that's not the norm for me...It was a trial basis thing...strangely, either the shit I got was bunk or my body doesn't respond well to higher dosages...I didn't find any diff with running that vs. running my regular 300-500 mgs ew.

Isn't that like 2,250mg of test a week? Or am I adding wrong?

That's not a crazy high dosage?

3 days on and 1 day off would be 1500mg every week.

you forgot to add in the additional 750mg of test "also ran" - or at least that is how I read it.

I don't doubt you're strong as hell bro. I assumed that was the norm for your cycles and would say expect to see a big hit mentally and physically eventually.

It's ABSOLUTELY crazy but that's not the norm for me like I said that was a one time thing...did you forget I used to argue with you on why people take so much on the aas forums? I was always an advocate of much lower dosages

I'll take some N2gethappy and my blues will clear right up.

Here's what I would recommend for you bro:

2 scoops of needtogetalife

1 scoop of needtostfu

and post workout I would take 3 scoops of needtostopbeingajealousfuck for recovery

My energy has def. dropped and I feel "lazier" but surprisingly my size is there and my strength has dropped slightly, nothing out of hand

On a mild 10 weeker, I'd still be getting stronger weeks 11-12.

I'd notice a water weight reduction around week 13.

And I'd get appreciably weaker around week 16. Week 18 is where I really notice it.

A lot of those anabolic processes take weeks to turn on and off. It's like doing your first week of a cycle -- you don't truly feel anything until week 4-5.

hold up trazzers, not only do you think you could steal a woman from me but you think you're gonna do it cycling off the sauce?

shit kid, you must be on hallucinogenics too.

I'm 47 and went off HRT (after 7 years) about 4 months ago because it seemed to worsen my shingles symptoms. I lost 8 lbs of muscle and lost a lot of strength. My libido is still recovering but almost back to normal now (after 4 months).

I wish you better luck.

Is it really natty if you took gear to reach those numbers in the first place?

When I'm ON, my numbers were actually considerably higher bro

Deadlift was closer to 675 for a one rep max
Squats weren't that great but I was able to max out at 545 x 2

I cannot hit those number anymore natty for now, but I'm still hitting big number is what I'm saying

Good luck bro. I know I will he on TRT for life and I'm happy as hell to be. At 36, I'm only getting older and less motivated without. I know that's young compared to some of you old goats here, but damn, some days it sure feels old.

BTW, you joose was cheating on you anyway.

I think I'm a lot younger than most of you old farts on here, I'm 29.

I am 50 and my natty test levels were in the 600 range and I felt like crap. I am now taking 100 mg/week, test levels are in the 900 range and I feel great. Can't say I feel like I did when I was 30 but much much better than before.

I don't even lift so do give much of a shit about the rest of it.

I lift, just not anything heavy. Bad back.

I take my shot on Wednesday. Always a good day, I feel it almost immediately. Great way to get through hump day (today).

PS - I hate that jngro mothertrucker.

Have you considered taking HGH at your age?
