What do we do with the Dead? (2 questions)

say we kill 1-1000 Iraqi's out in the dessert, in a city or military camp etc. what do we do with the bodies? leave em? drop em 6 feet?

how can we afford to treat the wounded Iraqi's for free? do we ask them for their insurance cards? I sure the hell get that every time i go to the doc. a freakin hospital wouldn't treat me without insurance if my life depended on it. but yet we spend billions on aiding other countries for free. we spend money on the bullet that we shoot them with, and then we spend money to pull that bullet out of there ass, I'm confused.
