what do u think of this routine?

im thinking of seting a routine something like this up...if any1 thinks a differnt approach is better let me no.each body part 3-4 different exercise 4 sets of 8 or 10 depending per exercise.

monday-chest & legs

tues-arms & abs

wensday-back

thursday-im thinking a day of all cardio

fri-shoulders

ive completely changed my diet im eating cereal with bannana in morning or oatmeal. lunch tunafish on whole wheat or brown rice with grilled chicken lots of veggies and fruit, dinner- small steaks with veggies or grilled chicken.i been doin alot of cardio to drop weight so far in 3 weeks i went from 216 to 208 im still gunna keep up the cardio for alittle bit before workout but i need a set routine to hit the weights the right way let me no what u guys think...thanks
 
i worked out alittle when i was in highschool nothing crazy but now im 25 years old and im a ironworker so when im workin i am active.im 5'9 208lbs i naturally have big arms and wide shoulders,im just looking to get into good shape get some more muscle all round
 
break up chest and legs into separate days. i would put legs on thursday.

you should be eating 5-6 small meals ed imo.
