ok, my story is , that i love weight training. and have been doing it since i was 14. anyways, lately, ive just had to basicly stop, after 2 operations in 6 weeks, ive not been much, and now my work is pissed off at me being off so much, and i now have 2 jobs . so i only get to the gym like 3 times a week, but i get a good overall workout at work.

was just wondering if steriods would help me out here. i really know nuthing about them. and to be honest i have always said i would never use them. but im just finding it harder and harder to make it to the gym, and gain muscle.. right now im just managing to hold weight, and keep my mass.

any input would be great

I would recommend the following cycle:

Test E 1000 - 1200 mg/week
Tren A/Test Prop 100 - 150 mg ED
Dbol 50 mg ED for 6 weeks
HGH 10IU ED
Slin 20IU twice daily

Drop the dbol after 6 weeks, but stay on everything else indefinitely. PCT is for wimps and you want to be a manly man -- right?

You need not bother to train on this cycle -- or at most workout 1 day per week for no longer than an hour. Eat whatever you want, it really won't matter as long as you are getting enough calories. Hope this helps!

P.S. I am of course joking as I hope you are (4,269 posts you must be -- right?)

i dont think that he is joking, just cuz he has 4,000 post doesnt mean they were in the anabolic form

only posted in here like 2ce before,, im just wanting advise on roids, in general.. i know alot of the risks ect.. because thats all i hear

Steroids aren't a crutch to be used to compensate for lack of time to train and to boost your performance at work. Even if your reasoning was different, you're still too young to use AS. In fact, you might as well be on AS since your natural levels of test are already so high at 19.

You should spend the money on school. 19 with 2 jobs? Drop them and go to college.

shit, i started at 20 and don't regret it a bit. i would also bet almost every guy here in his late 20's or 30's would have started at 20 if they had the knowledge, access to juice, and a few years training under their belt

i've read some people say at your age you have the equivalent testosterone in you of taking 400mg per week. you already should have plenty of shit in your body naturally. if i were you and had this site at my disposal, i'd learn to diet right and train right at your age and grow grow grow. i was into other drugs at that age :(

ha i love when people dont get that its a joke and start giving you reall advise...as for me...i say run a gram of deca and dbol for pct

This could be very easily a legitimate thread
tt is mostly over in C&C and I dont know how old he is other than what he stated above

Tellling 19 and 20 year olds that it's okay to juice? Remind me to ban you the minute you drop your Plat.

Seriously, I'm a great believer in letting Darwin weed out the stupid -- but that's one thing you can say that will piss me off every single time.

you're not going to gain any muscle without eating/training hard and on schedule/resting, regardless of what/how much you inject or swallow(17aa's only I hope) lol. you need to get a job or whatever where you can sleep at least 8 hours per night, eat 3 times while at work at least, and eat at least 3 times at home or on your way home, and have enough time to lift 4 times a week and maybe have a day or two where you can do cardio.

my first cylce was at 19 and i also dont regret it a bit, i was educated, knew how to train, and knew how to diet, nothing wrong with that. Its when uneducated 19/20 year olds (well any age for that matter) start jucin and are absolutley clueless as how to diet train or even pronounce the steroids they are using for that matter, thats a problem

I started at 19 and I dont regret it. But like cracker said it should not be used as a crutch. If training isnt a big enough part of your life right now you dont have time, set it aside and get your life straightened out. Then after that and you do your research and have been lifting/eating plenty go for it. But you aint ready, and thats not an insult.

bro you need more time to work and your 2 stressed...with 2 jobs u cant be getting that much sleep...at 19 you jsut need to train hard, eat right and big, and get plenty of sleep. It's ntoa crutch becuase you dont have time. But just like many your probally not going to listen. 500 mgs of Test a week. But im advising you wait bro until your about 22 or 23. Figure how you train more and eat right.

you needf to work out harder and more often when juicing I would worry more about a good diet and maybe some amino acids and creatine

Tiny, your reasoning might, just might, possibly, apply to a guy well past his andropause. For yourself, it's poor reasoning. Gear is not going to make up for a slightly out-of-control lifestyle.

Make the effort to get your training back into order and get your diet back under control. Things should fall back into place.

Since you've started to consider gear in a serious fashion, make a promise to yourself not to touch it until you've done a decent amount of research.

Another thing to think about, since 3x per week is all you can do, is to make changes to your workouts such that 3x per week is all you need to do. Concentrate on the compound exercises and drop all of the other 'fluff' work.

Take a look at the 5x5 that's so popular on the training board. Take a look at Madcow's Geocities site: http://www.geocities.com/elitemadcow1/table_of_contents_thread.htm

There's nothing wrong with working out just 3x per week but you need to be efficient with the workouts.

I suppose you were talking to me........seems all the admin here seems to want me banned huh

I wasn't "telling him to juice" by the way, but I find it comical everyone jumps down a guys throat when he is trying to get the proper info to do it, you guys can tell him to stay away all you want but the fact is if he is inquiring here about doing juice the we all know he is going to be doing it no matter what we say

What do you mean your work is pissed off at you. If your from the USA, FMLA covers you. If your from scottland, maybe you have a law like that.

Men are still expected to be men in Scotland. If you have an argument with your boss, you settle it behind the bikesheds.

you really seem to be an "E-Badass" as mikefear would put it.
Seriously, threatening to ban a very helpful and informative bro for throwing his opinion in the thread? He never said "its okay for 19yr olds to juice".

That is a crock of shit digger.

Exactly what I was thinking. If you are going to ever use do not make your first cycle when you cannot devote yourself to all it takes to have a good cycle and make the most of the first one/best one. Also I would wait until your like 22-24yo. Then you will have matured more and by then your life should be in order better. I am twice your age so I have been where you are...I was married at 20! Divorced at 31, :chomp: lost a gym and my houseat 32, been through like 7 facilities in my PT biz. I understand where you are. Wait.

I think the lesson of the day is that you need to use the search to determine where someone got their post count. Anyone, even a kid in high school, can rack up 20,000 posts in a matter of months on CC or BTS. Search the user on the anabolic board only and see what their post count is if you want to know how much time they have on the board contributing. There are a lot of people with more posts than I have. But only 84 of my 12,000 posts were on CC.
CC has made post counts and K points irrelevant.

Also I would throw in some DNP, roughly 1.5 grams ED..... :Chef:

If it were like that here in the USA I'd be president of Microsoft by now.

Fuck cagefighting for $100K purse. I'd just thug my way to the top of the company of my choice- beating anyones ass that gets in my way.

Unfortunately in America they have laws to protect the pencilnecks from cretinous freaks like me. In fact, if you threaten your boss here not only will you be terminated, you'll be charged by the city/state with threatening and intimidating.

I really miss the days when I had nothing to lose and could freely let my fists do the talking. Everybody's got a lawyer these days though.

Yes I agree that many disagreements could be solved through fistacuffs! I hate when I hear of some little dick pulling corperate posture on someone. Thats why I am self employed! I could not handle it!

All but a couple of my friends from the buildings (projects) who settled things with their fists are dead now. The last 3 brothers were shot in the face 3 blocks from the United Center. They all stopped using their fists 20 years ago and switched to guns. I guess that's what you do when you can't afford an attorney.

I think guns are for pussies. I own them for protection but I feel it is much more gratifying to feel your fist or in my case my elbow smash in the side of someones head. been years! since I bounced!

I carry a gun, but it's not for fistfight situations.. if someone wants to throwdown, i'll throwdown.. if some dude is trying to jack my car or do some felonious shit: it's on.

They don't serve my purpose. But then neither does beating on someone. My post wasn't in support of guns. My post merely points out that a lot of people in the US don't settle things with fist or lawyers anymore. I would never carry a gun simply because I don't have enough control not to use it. I enjoy going shooting though. So I'm not anti-gun.

my first day of work, i was told, " seeing as ur an apprentice, you will get alot of shit, alot of greef. but if anyone gets to outta line and hits u, then smack em back."

i know i have a lot test in my body at this age, and i am getting into fights whilst drunk.. but if i make it to the gym say 4 times a week, for like a month, i grow so much that my t-shirts start to get really tight. lucky thats all i need to grow.

i think ill quit my night job, and focaus on training now.

Oh i agree 100%....wait...I just said I agreed with you...ULTER...100% The fabric of the universe tears! I usually try talking first...I am actually pretty mellow. I just do not see the balance in shooting someone just because they pissed you off. I am all about balance in life. Most times though if I do say have to actually get out of the car and they see I am a pretty stout bro...they leave while cursing me...I laugh. :p
