what do u guys eat before hitting the BEACH?

i obviously dont wana be bloated before going to the beach..any suggestions?
i was thinking WPI, water and flax?
 
Just eat some light fruit, maybe some apples and at er melon. Although fif youre going ou t to surf t hen you should eat some bananas. They hav e a lot of pt assium in them which he lps prevent cramping.
 
I usually stick to protein powder and water the entire day, or tuna that I have drained and washed beforehand.
 
no, if you want to look pumped, eat some high gi carbs, then take some ala and do 50 push ups... you'll be poppin.
 
I carb deplete for a few days. Then before hitting beach use fruit an cottage cheese. By depleting it makes sure your carbs go to muscles first. Makes them look really full. Then after that lean proteins throughout the day

Ok..I think NJbigtime and myself know wht the fuck to do since we spend everyweekend in the summer living at Temptations and Surf Club in Seaside....Jersey....

#1. Carb Deplete Mon-Thurs.....if you need ratios PM me

#2. Friday...Moderate Carbs....

#3. Saturday Heavy Carbs, Mod. Protein, no fat

#4. Drink lots of water Monday - Thurs Fri-Sat NOT MUCH DRINK AT ALL

#5. Take Glycerol Fuel The morning of Saturday...

#6. Dandelion Root and Tons of Vitamin C satarting wed...continuing through Sat.....

#7. YOU HVAE TO EAT ALOT ON SATURDAY...Bloat will not set in until late sunday or monday.......

WE HAVE THIS ROUTINE DOWN TO A SCIENCE......

Also, if you have small gyno....icy hot on nipples at the beach definatly helps.....

Fake Tanner like neutrogena sunless tanning makes my skin HARDand dark brown...YES I EVEN USE IT IN THE SUN....

EQ/Fina/Prop = Constant Pump

i could definitely do with a little help with the ratios NJ!
my stats;
22yrs old, female, 5"6, 46kg...not quite sure of bf..around 16% i think.

i guess if you've tried this it works..but wont friday's carbs bloat me for saturday (beach day - i assume).
Im going to Figi in couple months..so this info will be awsome for then!

Sun.-Thurs: Carbs- 40, Fat-20, Protein 200......this is all in grams

Friday- Carbs-120, Fat-15, Protein 120.........

Saturday- Carbs 180, Fat -10, Protein 60

This is general and taken from my girls diet with similar stats to you she may be around 14-15% bf....she hits cardio hard is is also 22 yrs old.....

IT WILL NOT BLOAT YOU UNTIL SUNDAY>...BUT YOU WILL BE HARD, VASCULAR and HOT on FRIDAY & STURDAY>...

Niacin = Nicotonic Acid = Vitamin B3... so it's not an amino acid but it IS an essential B vitamin... it's involved with all sorts of ATP (i.e. energy) producing biochemical processes in your body. Large amounts of niacin at once will make the skin have a "flushed" look. (This is why some niacin preps are time-released, and say "no flush" on the bottle.) If you're deficient in B vitamins to begin with, supplementing with the B spectrum will help with bloating.

could you tell me more about your g/f's workout and diet?
do you advise against dairy and fruit..or can that be included in the carbs?

i lift 3x p/w, pilates 2xp/w, and cardio 6x p/w - usually walking or bike.
 
Rez...real quick Pilates sucks waste of time....She does cardio 5-6 days per week....30-45 mins usually 20 on the stair master/stepper then she will do the rest on the eliptical......

She lifts weights 3 days per week....

i love pilates..
earlier this yr i had a terrible back injury..its fantastic for strengthening core stability and also does wonders for streching out my back.
i still do my cardio 6 days p/w...may push it a little harder w summer coming up

can you also tell me about the fruit/dairy thing?
