Alot of women who refer to theirselves as 'fit' are the ones that judge these things by bodyweight only.... and are usually 'skinny fat'. I prefer the Athletic Build on a woman...

It's all relative. Fit can mean not overweight or obese. Athletic can mean the chick can run a mile without dying ot it can mean they are a superstar triathlete. Just give me a flat stomach and a fat ass and I am a happy man.

To me, the body a woman gets from training/running/lifting is secondary, the mindset is more important, Makes em a little tougher, a little more appreciative of having patience, working hard to achieve a goal, and getting down and dirty. No big clits tho, please, save that shit for Hammy.
