hey!! ive herd that you should "eat clean" while bulking in order to keep lean while gaining muscle mass!! what do they mean by that??? calories and fats can be intaken by any types of food ie krispey kreme doughnuts!. Or am i totally wrong and should stop talking emediately? lol no for real though..can someone please tell me the types of foods that are classified as "clean" foods and the foods that r not classified!! thanks
