i have a myoplex mass shake with 2.5 cups of nonfat milk... its good for almost 700 calories ~65g protien ~75 carbs followed by a good meal in like 2.5 hours
If I workout with my girlfriend(s) I usually drink a Surge afterwards and let her blow me so she can get the further digested whey protine hydrosylate - get's em big & strong!
Word. I worked at a McD's for a while before I snapped and quit in dramatic fashion. I was working out so hard at the time that my 1000+ calorie lunches were not putting fat on my endomorphic ass. Wendy's, Sonic, and Vista are the bomb shit, I dont really have the Jack in the Crizack around here, but I sometimes eat it when I get the chance. Wendy's 99 cent Jr. Bacon Cheeseburgers are the real deal.
Anyway, after a workout, I try to take a protein shake, but if I dont have one handy, I'll usually nab a 6" or 12" sub at Subway. I avoid the pop, but I try not to support places involved with Coca-Cola since I'm a Pepsi kinda guy.
