I don't really eat bread...only on a cheat like a hamburger bun
it leaves me hungrier when i eat bread.
no, i don't put topping on oatmeal, just water and the oatmeal. back when i did stovetop oatmeal i used to add a little salt, but i just pour boiling water on quick oats (the 3-5 minute ones) and that does me.
Hmmmm...Im a low carb guy so typical breakfast for me is meat and chees and a shake.
Or 2-3 soft poached eggs and ham100% fat free soaked overnight in water to get the sodium out.
Or 2-3 over med eggs and steak or a 98% hamburger.
Once in a while I will have penut butter toast but not often at all.
Oh, and a cup of coffee.
