What do I need to try

I have been messing around with weight for almost 11 months. I am 5' 11" 209. M max flat bench is 305. I want to trim some fat and get a little stronger. I want to try a cycle. I would also like to have a good workout routine and a diet. Any input will be greatly appriciated.

find the correct workout routine and diet. stick to that for a year. when you stop growing, then think about a cycle.

Ditto - and spend that 11 months looking hard at your diet. You can push all the weight your bones and joints can handle but if your diet is not right - you'll either not see the muscles because their too much laundry in the dryer or you won't have the building blocks for building the muscle.

Diet is often overlooked with the myth that if I just take juice and pump hard - I'll look like Mr. O in a few short weeks especially if I take one of the thousand fat burners in the trade rags. It's diet, diet, diet!
