What did you eat yesterday and how many calories did you down?

Nope 3600 calories, 227g's or protein, and 72g's of fat. Not happy at all with that. I need to up the calories, cleanly. Up the protein. The fat is fine... But I did not track the carbs, starting today that changes also...
 
umm, a couple ham sandwiches, a pnut butter sandwich, a hamburger, some potatos, string beans, couple protein shakes, n apple, a pear, a breakfast sausage, some corn chips, alot of fattening shit.

A shake in the morning, 1 banana, 1 cup of skim milk, 2 scoops of whey.

Then Tuna and beans, 1 can of tuna, 1 cup of black beans, 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Then a oatmeal muffin, 1 scoop of whey.

Training

After training, 1 powerade, 1 scoop of whey.

Then 2 steaks, 12-15 oz total, potatoes with ground beef and corn, 1 cup of black beans, 1 tablespoon of olive oil.

Evening class

I went crazy: 1 pita stuffed with mozzarella, peppers, deli sliced turkey, olives... Crackers... Things I don't remember...
 
I'm not on a cycle and am restricting my calories and losing weight.

Yesterday I ate 3182.76 calories. 182.14 grams of protein, 406.15 grams of carbs, and 92.71 grams of fat.

Calorie percents are - Carbs 50%, Protein 23%, and Fat 26%.

Oh, and Alcohol 1% :D
 
2 chick fil a biscuits with hashbrowns
2 chick fil a sandwiches with fries
2 p&j sandwiches
bowl of rice and chicken hot pot
2 handful of cashews
1 lemon grass , soy sauce pork chop with bowl of rice




trying to eat clean for a month before i start on my 10 wk cycle of sustanon
 
M1-Nonfat Milk, Cup of cottage cheese and vanilla nonfat yogurt, mixed together Mmm!!!!
M2-cup of Oatmeal
M3-1 Chicken Breast, 1 Breakfast Steak, Couple Cups Brown Rice.
M4-Cup of cottage cheese and vanilla nonfat yogurt.
M5-1 Breafast Steak, Glass nonfat milk
Train
-N-Large2 Protein Shake mixed with nonfat milk
M6-Steak, Milk, Veggies, Biscuits

Downed at least gallon of water along the way...

I probably need to eat some more fruits and vegetables.
