... i had 12 oz angus tbone steak, home made steak fries, 1c broccli,1 c spinach, and an ear of corn.

mind me will i plop my ass on my couch for the next 8 hrs...

Actually, GENIUS i was refering to the statement or question below the thread!!!! And im still wondering ??????

To answer his thread though, i had 8oz chicken, 1c white rice , 1 c veggies.
 
2- 8 ounce porkchops bbq'd with soy, splenda and ginger
2 ounces smoked salmon
4 ounces swiss cheese
2 ryvita crackers
1 ounce raw red onions
2 grilled portobello mushrooms
1 cup broccoli
1 cup romaine
1 tbsp bran flakes
1 tbsp sunflower seeds
1 tbsp pumpkins seeds
2 tbsp homemade caeser dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
plus my supps

i like to eat a 12-16 oz sweet potato but had a taste for fry style ones today

i would never eat it
very low on omegs

why bother
a minimum of two tablespoon for any benefits
 
Considering I eat 7 times a day, "dinner" doesn't necessarily have to be a big meal. I taper my meals through the day, and what I call "dinner" just happens to be the meal that comes aorund 7 oclock. I eat again at 9 and 11.
 
I had 3 turkey burgers (the first grillin's on my new Foreman) with Frank's Hot Sauce. Good stuff. I also had some pumpkin + cottage cheese.

Nothing wrong with it at all....just not on MY cutting routine....def. on my bulking routine (NOW).....mmm....steak and potatoes!

thats the thing, i really dont know what to eat to get 'cut', or how much or when, i do know its all about the over all calorie intake. im just not interested in dieting now. im not super fat, or fat at all, i do have a layer or 2 im fine with, my pants are a 30 and thats fine with me. i do know how to eat good foods, and eat alot is what i do best :)
