Are you german?You have a strong german aura about you,like you are a leader or a strong willed person with little shyness.
Am I correct?

Not German...more French...French Canadian as well as French French. My family is from New Orleans...came up north decades ago.

I am strong-willed...and used to be shy, until I grew up. Hard to be successful and shy, so I changed myself. I think.

I admire Germans....Arnold, in particular...giggle.

If you were (hypothetically) going to commit a crime which has the best Cost - Benefit ratio.

Cost = Risk of getting caught + Severity of the punishment
Benefit = Money
That's not how the equation goes

($ earned doing legitimate work) <>($earned from crime) -(chance of getting caught)(severity of punishment)

If the left side is greater, the crime doesn't pay. It the right side is, then it makes sense to commit the crime.

Ok, but I wasn't asking if a billionaire 'should' rob a store for $50. Rather, if ANYONE committed a crime, which would have the best cost - benefit ratio.

those guys that did the Savings and Loan scandal got a couple years in a level 1 prison.

same with insider trading. steal $250 million, get 2 years in a level 1 prison.

I took a class on white collar crime, it is the only way to go. the payoffs far outweigh the risks. Nordstorms example is true in most of the cases.
