Russians have a national identity, americans don´t, that´s why you wont find those communities abroad...

most foreigners move to america to escape poverty and shitty govt.s and once they get here they rely on each other for support while they establish themselves

whereas americans that move are either evading lawful action or are wealthy and don't need the support and therefore don't look for other americans and as a result large american communities don't develop overseas..

Lots of retired white folks living in Mexico.
Their social security checks go further.
I had a granny lady tell me she can live like a queen down there (Guadalajara I believe) on the same SS check
would land her in poverty here. But medical care sucks.
