What causes this gyno

My brother is on 25mg dbol a day, 500 sus a week, and 200 deca a week. He has been taking nolvadex 20mg daily for 2 days. The gyno is not going away at all. What do you bros think it is.

Get some arimidex just in case. It would be the deca causing progesterone gyno.

2 days of nolvadex hasn't taken care of it?????? WHOA.

Tell your "brother" (yourself) to up the nolvadex to 40 mg day until pain subsides and continue it at least at 20-25 mg ED until clomid therapy.

He should be on an anit-estrogen like Liquidex. He may simply have too much estrogen floating around for that dose of Nolvadex to handle.

take 100mg proviron perday and 20mg nolv per day..or replace the nolva with .5mg arimidex per day..but you need proviron

With that much test, why do you think he needs Proviron? (Just curious)

proviron stops the estrogen from being formed.

You have no way of knowing whether it's progesterone or estrogen related gyno. Likely it's estrogen because you're doing so much more of drugs that convert to estrogen. You need to continue taking the Nolvadex, two days really isn't long enough to see any substantial change. Actually you'll need to take the Nolvadex thoughout the cycle, all the way to the end.

Here we go again... The deca could be causing elevated prolactin and or elevated progestin not progesterone. Progestin lowers progesterone, which is actually beneficial, because it is inhibitory to estrogen. On the other had Prolactin is inhibitory to testicular function. So any way you cut it is an estrogen related problem. In these two cases the estrogen receptors are upregulated and anti-e’s will not work. Since the Novaldex is not working than it is probably one or both of the two scenarios above.

Try Vitex 1.5 g ED that should help.
