What causes irregular heartbeat and palpitations?

How if at all can AAS usage contribute to such problems? I'm guessing heart muscle growth? Guy was just telling me he's got these problems from dbol + some shit called Animal Cuts/Animal Pack or something? I remember reading something about the later a long time ago and something to do with an ingredient called ummm something orange and that being bad for yer heart... too lazy to google right now.

well, excess water retention will raise your blood pressure and that has a host of undesirable effects.

Orange extract - synephrine is probably what you were thinking of

Well maybe those palpitations are a common side from some orals. I get them from dbol but just the first 2 weeks. And I've heard of other people getting them from orals. Even from 1mt

shifts in electrolyte flux, usually due to stimulants (though keep in mind that AS have DIRECT CNS effects.

and the compound is bitter orange, of which synephrine is but one of the actives present. and there is little evidence that in normotensive and cardionormal individuals that is causes problems at typical doses.

for me test really bugs me the fuck out, winny gets my heart going 50 mg+ ed
Yeah, I've noticed my pulse is a lot higher than normal right now, my heart beats a hell of a lot harder as well. Before this cycle the highest I've ever gone with test was 750mgs EW and 400mgs EQ EW. I stopped that one short due to severe anxiety and anger issues. I've found the ace in the hole though, a little arimidex everyday seems to do wonders for my mood swings. I'm currently on 800mgs test, 20mgs dbol, 20mgs var, .5mgs a-dex.

it should have been clarified that the electrolyte balance shifts caused by hormones often exacerbates this and may in some cases cause it directly.
