I am pretty close to doing the whole stack on the standing calf. I say another month or two and I will be doing the whole stack.
:qt:

well if i use machines (which i only do on leg days nowadays), pretty much everything. so currently for me that would be leg presses, leg extensions and leg curls (after squats of course) and every once in a long while a rowing machine of some sort.

BTW superqt your av is making it REALLY hard for me to concentrate on the text in a thread...not that that's a bad thing ;) how much are you doing on calf raises btw? good job if you can manage almost the entire stack!

I did 120 4 sets 8 reps. The machine is weak only like 180 or so still going to look impresive to others when I do it considering most of the other woman at my gym never lift more than 40lbs.
Thanks sagat :qt:

tri pushdown, dip machine, leg extension, ham curl, single ham curl, seated leg press, cable crossover on some single variations, bicep machine, chest press, and seated row at my current gym. depends on the equipment...at my last gym i could do a handful more but this gym has some big custom stacks...the only guys i have seen stacking those are over 250lbs with veins on their veins...

i can do the stack on the adductor machine which i think is 190 lbs. i can pound out a few reps. thats the one where you squeeze your legs together. i got mad strong groin LOL

you're welcome, and 120 that's pretty good, hell i know some guys that have trouble with that! (you'll understand they're not exactly built like ronnie coleman but still...)

i noticed! feels great the way you squeeeze me ;)

I'm an old fart & granted some machines & gyms will vary but I can still get a few reps (3-5) with the stack on cable rows, lat pulldowns & tricep pushdowns. I may only do a set like that only 2-3 times a month though.

Seated cable rows at 220. Lat pulldowns at 200. I've seen some cable rows go up to 280 cant do that though..

I can do a whole stack of pancakes.

Pretty much everything I tried in my gym.........I usually hit free-weights though.

How many other people have bent an olympic bar whilst doing partial dealifts?

The place i work out at doesn't have weight stack, they are plate loading. And you can load a lot of weight. If doing the whole stack, why not pre-exhuast the muscle first?

Because it would look far less impressive if you were seen to be struggling........geez don't you newbies know anything? :D

Yeah your right, I lift weights for others opinion. That is why I do bench first on chest day. Far less impressive when completed as the last exercise.

I have yet to find a machine that I cant do the entire stack on. Usually I end up sticking a 45 onto the stack. When I use machines its mostly hammer strength. Im using some machines now only because Im coming off an injury, I like free weights best.

Yea the bar bends nice when I load 725 on it. I can only lift that much when the bar is behind my legs though. Beast Lift
