What can I replace spaghetti sauce with?

One of my meals is beef and pasta and I was wondering what would be some good sauces to put on without too much sugar? Thanks.

mustard

flax seed oil + cider vinegar

Not all pasta sauce is the same....some are lower or higher than others...if its still a problem you can make a "homemade alfredo" sauce....just use skim milk...and some lowfat sour cream...its not as thick but if you add parmesan cheese and italian seasonings it tastes pretty damn good....just add the milk/sour cream/cottage cheese (or pretty much any lowfat dairy) at the end of browning the beef when you normally add the sauce.

I don't think replacing the pasta sauce with something else will help much, unless if your really worried about the small amount of calories in the sauce compared to the huge amount of calories in pasta. Unless you are eating a special low GI pasta, the pasta sauce is just as bad as the pasta when dieting, maybe worse. I would replace it with nothing or Psylium husks to avoid any extra calories, but probably won't make much of a difference considering the huge amount in pasta, though.
