Weeks 1-8: 250mg Sustanone EOD.
Weeks 1-8: 400mg Decca Durabolin/week.
Weeks1-5: Russian Dianabol from 40mg/day to 5mg/day.
Will be using 20mg nolvadex EOD. I will consume 5500 kcals every day along with 420g of protein. Training each body part once a week, very intensely. I will end cycle using appropriate post-cycle therapy.
This is my 3rd cycle. I am 6,4" and weigh 210lbs with 8% BF.
The last 2 cycles I made huge gains in strength but only added 8lbs of weight after loss of water etc. This I blamed on focussing on protein only & not carbs, which is why I have increased my carb intake to 600g/day for this cycle. Will this make a difference? I would really like to add 14lbs of muscle in this cycle. What do you think?
