ok my body fat is around 7 or 8. i have put on about 30 lbs of muscle in the past 8-9 months. but im slowly starting to get fat around my lower abs. i do abwork 2 or 3 times a week, and i run for 10 mintues 2-3 times a week. i also eat really good (brown rice, past, oatmeal, veggies, fruit, protein shakes, granola bars, things of this sort). How is it possible that i am gaining this fat on my lower abds and what can i do to get rid of it? would the liposhred stack do anything for this? i was planning on the shredder stack (beastdrol and katanadrol), but this fat needs to go ha. so what do you guys recommend? thanks a ton!!!!
