What books have you read and would you recommend?

I'd like to buy some books about bodybuilding and nutrition and also steroid info.

Whatever books you've read and really helped you out list em here, thanks alot.

There is this one book called "Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle" that I recommend. I was able to get a copy from someone else seeing I was a little paranoid that it is another one of those books with many pages but lack of in-depth details with the author out scamming people for their money. While the title of the book may sound as if you may build muscles while in a cutting cycle which sounds unrealistic, it's actually very good for maintaining while cutting. I lost 15 pounds in the first month (even though I'm doing more cardio than it states in the book). As far as performance in the gym, surprisingly I'm doing as well as ever. Hell, I found myself doing an extra rep or two since going on the program. The author really puts this book together very well with excellent in-depth information.

You beat me to it, definitely worth the money.

This is a great book...

Good to Great: Why Some Companies Make the Leap... and Others Don't (Hardcover)
by Jim Collins

Even if you've been lifting for years check out Starting Strength by Mark Rippetoe. That book has the flat out best text/graphic descriptions of the core compound lifts that I have ever seen.

If you are looking to learn about gear I would suggest one of the eBooks sold here entitled "Chemical Muscle Enhancement" by Author L. Rae. That was my intro to the the world or gear. The next great investment I made was "Anabolics 2007" by William Llewellyn There's a shit load of info on gear and cycles as well as PCT strategies in both books.

I've been trying to get my hands on Anabolics 2007 by William Llewellyn , and I realized that every site I found on the internet, including Amazon and a ton of supplement sites, has this book on back-order. Basically you can not buy it anywhere right now. This is the one book I would REALLY like to have. Sucks.

It is on back order because we are publishing the next book in about a month. I suggest you wait for an offer soon instead of buying to '07. I do hear there is going to be a good deal available for EF members..

Bill's books are the best! Wait for the next one like he says.

Bill, the deal for EF'ers will be for a hard copy and not an e-book, correct?

ultimate bodybuilding by joe weider. great book and made by one of the smartest men in bodybuilding history

new one is on its way!

FATS THAT HEAL, FATS THAT KILL
-Udo Erasmus Ph. D.

The next Llewellyn's ANABOLICS, 7th Ed. is coming out soon.

Definetly try to get a hold of Tom Venuto's book, "burn the fat feed the muscle"

if you are chemically enhanced, or plan on doing it in the future, CME by Rae is fantastic.
