ok, ive dieted down to the point where i have viens in my lower abs and they look pretty shredded when i give them a good flex...so i think im probably around 10 percent. how much lower do i have to go so i can be shredded without flexing?
im at 179 from 204 (in january) and im pretty sure the fat is now going to be a very stubborn to loose.
any suggestions?
im on a moderate carb diet
aprox 150-200 per day
w/ a mild refeed once per week
ckd/tkd is out of the question, i cannot handle no carbs
im doing cardio 3-4x week 30min walking on steep incline or jogging.
