The big muscular one like Arnold in his prime, or lean but trim like Brad Pitt?

Its approaching winter and don't know whether to bulk for a few months or stay all year at a modest but athletic size.

In USA?

you gonna be on a beach in winter?

i mean don't get fat, but gain a decent amount of fat to let you gain that muscle....

it's easy to lose 5-10 lbs...., hopefully 3-5 of that will be new muscle...

i think he's asking how much muscle is worth it to have?

I mean there is no point in bulking up more, if you already have enough meat on you.

I guess it all depends on what look you are going for. riverrock, are you doing this to look good for the wimmenz?

Um, how about you strive to achieve goals you set for yourself, not goals others set for you?

Well, he asks a valid question though.

For men, body styles go in and out. When I was at GE, men were expected to be on the lean side -- it was all about looking streamlined and a little "hungry".

In general, you can't go wrong with the lean look because you can always wear a suit well then. The thick look, however, is good in a high-level leadership position because it perpetuates the false image that you're 10 feet tall and bulletproof.

Arnold and Brad Pitt are both 6 feet or over,

Tall and big like Arnold is better that tall and thin like Pitt

Unless your Brad Pitt, and he looks pretty good.

The full-blown arnie look would work against you in corporate america tho.

Also, studies show that women react most strongly to the ratio of a man's hips to his waist. So work that ratio, as opposed to being focused soley on getting "huge" or "ripped".

I'm growing out my penis to match the new "long" look that has become so popular

For all we know, he could be asking what's in for teenie boppers, or 45 yr old hot to trot divorcee cougars. who knows? either way, geigh.

I was 206 and pretty darn lean on July 4th. . .last night after my workout, I tipped the scale at 234. . .fall is for bulking. :)
