Um, how about you strive to achieve goals you set for yourself, not goals others set for you?riverrock said:The big muscular one like Arnold in his prime, or lean but trim like Brad Pitt?
Its approaching winter and don't know whether to bulk for a few months or stay all year at a modest but athletic size.

The full-blown arnie look would work against you in corporate america tho.solidspine said:Arnold and Brad Pitt are both 6 feet or over,
Tall and big like Arnold is better that tall and thin like Pitt

For all we know, he could be asking what's in for teenie boppers, or 45 yr old hot to trot divorcee cougars. who knows? either way, geigh.mrplunkey said:Well, he asks a valid question though.
For men, body styles go in and out. When I was at GE, men were expected to be on the lean side -- it was all about looking streamlined and a little "hungry".
In general, you can't go wrong with the lean look because you can always wear a suit well then. The thick look, however, is good in a high-level leadership position because it perpetuates the false image that you're 10 feet tall and bulletproof.
