yea to me its alot to do with your will power. If you are strong enough mentally it doesnt matter really, just know what your goal is and outline a plan to get there..my personal plan is worry about weight and maintain my % under 15 and once I get up to about 210, I will cut back down to 11%, then after that I will bulk back up to about 225 and stay under 15% again...then cut down to 11% again, in the end I want to be 220 at 8-9% and then maintain that...got a long way to go, but when I started a 10 months ago, i was 178 at about 16%, bulked up to about 203 at18%, then cut down to 193 at 11.6%, and currently at 205 at 13% so almost done with bulking and then I will do a lil cut phase again!!
