My gym mostly plays pop crap. Occasionally they'll play something decent. I just try to tune it out 'cause I don't wear headphones in the gym. If it's a slow song it totally screws me up though. I hate that shit. Who wants to listen to slow ass music while they're trying to be "in the zone"? On the way to the gym, I usually listen to some break-beat stuff, NIN, Limp Bizkit, Godsmack, Staind, Manson, or anything hard and / or fast.
