What are your goals for 2005?

I don't like the "R" word, resolution, so post up what your goals are.

Mine are.

1- To stay injury free
2- To increase my endurance without losing strength
3- To stay motivated the entire year.
 
bench - 285 (+90lbs)
squat - 365 (~+150lbs)
deadlift - 455 (+90lbs)
weight: 160-165 (+20lbs)
 
get back in the damn gym for one

then, i want to be a functional 250 pounds. meaning the weight not hindering anything i want to do.
 
180 lbs, holding my current bodyfat (~10%)

250 raw bb style bench
350 raw full olympic backsquat
450 raw deadlift

3RM of bodyweight + 65lbs weighted chinup
 
315 raw bench (+20lbs)
500 raw deadlift (+95lbs)
205 BB rows x 6 (+20lbs)
16.75" arms (+1-1.25")
365 raw deep squat (+??)
another inch on the chest, and legs (vague)

Will be cutting from Jan 10th to June 15th - I would like to get under 8% body fat or even lower.

From then on I'll be bulking again- would like to get up to 200lbs (+13-15lbs where I currently stand).
 
In no particular order.

1. Get visible abs.
2. Increase lean muscle mass.
3. Stay sober and off cigarettes.
4. Get my overall GPA between 3.0-3.3.
5. Get my real estate license. (summer)
6. Get certified as a personal trainer. (summer)
7. Save at least $5,000 cash.
8. Stay debt free.
9. Keep my new job for at least 6 months, until I start real estate.
10. Stay out of stripclubs.
11. Have a good relationship with a woman.
12. Improve my wardrobe.

That is all I can think of as of right now, there are more. :bigbuck:
 
I have a a couple of goals in different aspects of my life.

Hockey
-Make it to the Provincial Championships
-Score more goals
-Get noticed by scouts

School
-Have a 4.0 GPA

Training
-Get back into the gym
-Gain at least 20 pounds before the next hockey season (175 Lbs--> 195+ Lbs)
-Be able to bench my body weight +
-Be able to squat 1.5 + times my body weight
 
get past 385 bench to 405
bring my squat from 405 to 455+
dead lift 495+

adding some quality size and shape, keeping same amount of bf
not to miss any days or get sick
say my prayers and take lots of vitamins

eat more
eat more spinach, i love that shit

to bring out my forearms and traps more

last years goals were met, bringing out my calves as well as meeting other lift #'s

And my wish is continued health to my family, friends and acquaintances........To get our kids home safe from that stupid Vulcan war that we are in and for many prayers and relief efforts to help the people in Indonesia......along with prayers and hope.

GYM

1. gain 14 lbs to 210lbs
2. take bf from ~13% to below 10%
3. seriously improve Squat (my biggest weakness)
4. and of course KILL THAT SHIT!!!
5. Eat more

Personnel

1. Get a Career Started (Graduated 2 yrs ago and strugling)
