Will be cutting from Jan 10th to June 15th - I would like to get under 8% body fat or even lower.
From then on I'll be bulking again- would like to get up to 200lbs (+13-15lbs where I currently stand).
1. Get visible abs.
2. Increase lean muscle mass.
3. Stay sober and off cigarettes.
4. Get my overall GPA between 3.0-3.3.
5. Get my real estate license. (summer)
6. Get certified as a personal trainer. (summer)
7. Save at least $5,000 cash.
8. Stay debt free.
9. Keep my new job for at least 6 months, until I start real estate.
10. Stay out of stripclubs.
11. Have a good relationship with a woman.
12. Improve my wardrobe.
That is all I can think of as of right now, there are more.
I have a a couple of goals in different aspects of my life.
Hockey
-Make it to the Provincial Championships
-Score more goals
-Get noticed by scouts
School
-Have a 4.0 GPA
Training
-Get back into the gym
-Gain at least 20 pounds before the next hockey season (175 Lbs--> 195+ Lbs)
-Be able to bench my body weight +
-Be able to squat 1.5 + times my body weight

And my wish is continued health to my family, friends and acquaintances........To get our kids home safe from that stupid Vulcan war that we are in and for many prayers and relief efforts to help the people in Indonesia......along with prayers and hope.
