Mods please keep this in this section because not as many people venture the other section and I want to know what my fellow juicers favorite exercises are.
I personally love incline dumbell presses, dips(weighted or not), wide grip chin ups and reverse grip chin-ups, one arm dumbell rows, one arm dumbell lateral raises, squats and again my old favorite, deadlifts.
