What are your favorite exercises??

Mods please keep this in this section because not as many people venture the other section and I want to know what my fellow juicers favorite exercises are. :)

I personally love incline dumbell presses, dips(weighted or not), wide grip chin ups and reverse grip chin-ups, one arm dumbell rows, one arm dumbell lateral raises, squats and again my old favorite, deadlifts.
 
pull ups and dips

i love pull ups i sometime do 100 pull ups for my back workout

i've done it in as little as 12 sets. its gets really tough. my goal is to do it in 10 sets. no more than 90-120 seconds rest
 
In order:

1. Deadlifts
2. Behind neck presses
3. Inclines
4. Squats
5. Barbell Rows

I love everything basically. Other favorites are: incline dumbbells, pull-ups, dips, 14inch press, jm press, military, push press.

I don't do any of that isolation crap.

Not to mention the strongman lifts, my alltime fav: the farmer walk!

i didn't see anyone mention the "reverseoverheadbehindtheneckbentoverpulldowntriceptextentioncurl"

it just sounds complicated... and look weird. but if you can get it. watch out! you will grow
 
first would be bench- my chest is my weak link and so i love working it and getting stronger at it. then comes squat, a close second- legs are my best body part and nothing gives a bigger confidence boost than having a really barbell on my shoulders and proving my strength. then would come DLs- same reason as squats. i suppose what characterises all these is that they are the biggest lifts and hence most stimulating in all ways.
