mine is just to be more consistant with my workouts. lately i haven't been dedicating the time i'd like to.
 
I aim to get lean once and for all (~10% bf) and allow my back to heal before I get back into strength/power training seriously.

I'll have a journal going once I get some of the details sorted and I hope to get lots of feedback from you guys.
 
Get back up to a ripped 215 pounds. Ive been working 14 hour days and eating like shit and not lifting.

Its amazing how fast muscle dissapears.
