I've been taking SuperPump 250 about 30 minutes before working out...(3/4 scoop)
First 4-5 times using it was pretty good...REALLY helpped me get through the workout(not much "pump" but tons of go-go)...didn't wanna quit...felt like I could always do a few more exercises for the body part I was working.
Now, I've been taking it...same dose...and I'm jittery, anxious and my heart beats alot faster than I think it should, which at 41 y/o makes me very nervous. I don't drink ANY other caffeine (NO tea/coffee/soda at all) and I think it's starting to catch up to me....
Probably gonna need to quit...Kinda sucks cause I thought the stuff was helping me in the gym.
