Nuttin' special. Just rolled out of bed. Need to hit the grocery store. Myabe I'll rent a move. We already had fireworks in Princeton earlier in the week, so I feel no special need to travel to NYC or Philly to see more.

I'm going to max on deads a week from this coming tuesday. Shooting for up into the 6's raw. Just got my first squat suit so I'll be trying that out soon.

Health is so so. Back is probably at 95% so that's an improvement.

I'm not doing too much today. I just steam cleaned my kitchen floor and previously i was cleaning the bathroom.Actually really no plans. I mentioned to Lumberg the fireworks (i love fireworks) which are 2 blocks from our house and he put the kibosh on that idea instead indicating that he was planning on going out driving while the fireworks were going on. wtf?
So I'm probably going to the fireworks by myself.

Sorry, I don't think that scary assortment of local cover bands gets very far out of Southern California.
