i never noticed him until the "darkness on the edge of town" album..."prove it all night" blew me away! the very essense of kick ass rock 'n roll. that song STILL sounds good to me today.

The last time I was there, we accidentally caught a lil' boat on fire with some fireworks. I can't remember the music we were playing. Chances are ....I just MIGHT have been drinking.

The top bands in my ZUNE right now are: Pink Floyd, Type O Negative, Flaw, Neil Diamond (yes, Neil fucking Diamond), Dead Can Dance, Ozzy, Godsmack and a few others.

It is amazing how many good bands are out there that I have overlooked. I am glad I found DCD.

I forgot to mention Blue October in the above list.

Lisa Gerrard is a goddess. Her voice can move the soul - powerful stuff. She is doing soundtracks now. She did a lot of work in the movie Gladiator.

everytime he sounds extra good i hit the up volume toggle on the bose lifestyle surround sound/cd/dvd system....after 4 or 5 cuts my reading glasses are vibrating on my face in sympathy with the sub-woofer. :p :artist:
