tool - aenima
nin - the downward spiral
smashing pumpkins - mellon collie and the infinite sadness
pearl jam - ten
marilyn manson - antichrist superstar
nirvana - nevermind
soundgarden - superunknown
stone temple pilots - core

I don't agree top to bottom (I'd toss out NIN -- Trent is a talentless hack -- and STP ... never cared for Brian Warner, either). I'd put up Alice in Chains "Facelift." Swap "Superunknown" with "Badmotorfinger" and "Mellon Collie ..." with "Gish." Add Beastie Boys "Check Your Head," Matthew Sweet "Girlfriend," Screaming Trees "Sweet Oblivion," My Bloody Valentine "Loveless," every Dinosaur Jr released in the 90s, Meat Puppets "Forbidden Places," Oasis "What's the Story (Morning Glory)." I'll prolly think of more.

Tool,Sound Garden and Nirvana from your list.

Red Hot Chili Peppers-Blood Sugar Sex Magik is good.I dont care much for their new stuff though.

Godsmack-Godsmack 1998?

Live got played so much that it burned them out. Kinda like Alanis Morissette.

Anyway, i thought Limp Bizkit Significant Other was good from '99.

Pearl Jam - Ten ?????

hell, all fuck*** albums of Pearl Jam are amazing.

BTW, I have to say a word about a Canadian band well known here in Canada but less in USA, they make realy good songs.

so for Ones who don't know them, the band is call "Tragically Hip" and their last album is call "In violet light".

so run in your nearest music store to buy this cd, or you can also find their mp3 (bad guys).

I'm so proud to be canadian..
